e) Causing serious damage to the assets, facilities or documentation of the Administration of the Community of Madrid.
f) Intervene in an administrative procedure when there is any of the legally indicated reasons for abstention.
g) The issuance of reports and the adoption of manifestly illegal agreements, when they cause damage to the administration or citizens and do not constitute a very serious offense.
h) Not keeping due secrecy in matters that are known by reason of the work carried out when serious damage is derived to the administration or citizens or is used for their own benefit.
i) Failure to comply with the deadlines and other procedural provisions in matters of incompatibilities, when it does not involve the maintenance of a situation of incompatibility.
j) Unjustified noncompliance with the accumulated working day that supposes a minimum of fifteen hours per month.
k) The third unjustified absence from work in a period of three months, when the previous two have been subject to a penalty as minor offense.
l) Actions or omissions aimed at evading time control systems or preventing unjustified breaches of the working day from being detected.
n) The serious attack on the dignity of the worker, of any person in the service of the administration or of the administration itself.
o) Failure to use personal protective equipment, as well as failure to follow the safety instructions, in accordance with the training and instructions received from the Administration.
p) The commission of three minor offenses within the same quarter, except punctuality, provided that the previous two have been subject to the corresponding sanction, even if they are of a different nature.
q) Failure to comply with the obligation to present the certificate from the Sex Offender Registry, when the personnel are required to do so in accordance with current regulations.
r) The simulation of illness or accident in order to pass to the situation of temporary disability or enjoy the days of absence due to illness paid by current regulations. It will be understood, in any case, that there is a fault when, having been declared on leave, perform work of any kind on their own or someone else’s account. Likewise, any action or omission carried out to prolong the absence due to illness or accident shall be understood to be included in this section.
s) The repeated lack of performance that affects the normal functioning of the services and does not constitute a very serious fault.
